Certification status

The Cahill Swift Compliance Management Platform is pursuing FedRAMP 20x Class C certification under the FedRAMP Consolidated Rules for 2026 (CR26). A New Listing Request for an Initial Implementation Phase Marketplace Listing has been submitted to FedRAMP. Our Class C certification application will be submitted when the pipeline opens on August 31, 2026, with independent assessment planned for September/October 2026.

About the platform

The Cahill Swift Compliance Management Platform is a cloud-based offering supporting federal transportation safety compliance programs. The platform operates within a single FedRAMP 20x Class C certification boundary with a unified continuous-monitoring and automated evidence program.

The initial service, Rallidocs, will be used by Federal Railroad Administration personnel to review and approve railroad industry drug and alcohol testing policies under 49 CFR Part 219, with structured review workflows and tamper-evident approval records.

Additional compliance management services will be added to the offering through the FedRAMP change management process as they become production-ready, and will appear on the service list below when included in the Minimum Assessment Scope.
