OUR TEAM
Our team draws upon expertise in a variety of fields to creatively support our clients in their efforts to comply with various regulatory requirements. Our staff have backgrounds in transportation safety, transit operations, transportation planning, drug and alcohol program design, environmental law, workplace safety, healthcare and pharmacology. Prior to joining Cahill Swift, our team members held a diverse range of professional positions. Our associates have worked in such varied positions as author, GIS analyst, legislative staffer, director of paratransit and transit operations, and the program manager of a Federal modal administration. Our various backgrounds allow a flexible approach to compliance management consulting.
Cahill Swift’s leadership team has decades of experience in program and project management. We have partnered with federal colleagues to develop a complex auditing program for the Federal Transit Administration's ongoing effort to periodically review the safety processes in place at transit systems across the United States. We have played an essential role in this program since it was founded more than twenty years ago, and over this time have helped thousands of transit employers successfully comply with federal regulations while providing advice on industry best practices to make transit safety easier to achieve. Among our international projects, our team helped design the standards for the International Association of Medical Review Officers (IAMRO), as well as designing safety programs for the Saudi Royal Fleet's aviation workers.
As public speakers and trainers, we enthusiastically present materials in a range of contexts and for audiences both large and small. As authors, we have written and edited publications, presentations and training materials on regulatory compliance for a range of clients, including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the International Association of Fire Fighters.
